“We hiked over West Maroon Pass to spend the night in CB. The property was perfect for us because we wanted to be in town. The property manager was lovely, reaching out to be helpful as soon as we committed to the rental. The house is very charming and cozy. Our bed was so comfortable and fresh.”

“There weren't a lot of reviews, and it said the condo was above a hostel, so I was a bit suspect. I shouldn't have been. The condo was very nicely redone recently, everything looked pretty new and in very good condition. It looked nicer in person than in the pictures. The property including the hostel was clean and quiet, honestly I wouldn't have guessed it was a hostel on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable, it was quiet at night w the windows open, great location in town, well stocked……

“Wow!!!! What a great place. 5 stars seem inadequate. We stayed two nights and did not want to leave, Great place to eat and drink downstairs at the public house bar but we never heard any noise from the room considering we were right over the bar. So many good food and drink places in a few block radius, private parking was nice. The level of detail in this place was stunning. The bathroom was modern (steam shower, towel warmer, soaking tub…) but it all had a rustic feel. House keeping came……

“Even though the proprty is a bit older, it was clean, and sooo comfortable. If we needed anything, one phone call and my questions were answered. We had 5 adults and the 1 bathroom, and there were no issues. I suggest anyone looking to do anything in Lake City- jeeping Alpine Loop, side by sides, don't overlook Silver Street. “This apartment was fabulous! It was cozy and decorated so well! All appliances were top-end and the beds were so comfortable. Jim, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful. We left a phone charger and he called to ask if it was ours. He then even delivered it to us the next day. We will definitely be back!!”

“One of the best stays on our trip! Jim met us and showed us in and gave recommendations for dinner within walking distance! Property backs up to mountain, with wrap around deck! We were able to watch deer feed right below us at the fire pit area! We will be staying here again but next time multiple nights!! Highly recommend!!! ”
