“Even though the proprty is a bit older, it was clean, and sooo comfortable. If we needed anything, one phone call and my questions were answered. We had 5 adults and the 1 bathroom, and there were no issues. I suggest anyone looking to do anything in Lake City- jeeping Alpine Loop, side by sides, don't overlook Silver Street. “This studio provided enough room for our family and small dog. It had all the amenities needed for a week long visit to the Gunnison Valley and was walkable to town, nearby parks, and the VanTuyl trails. Great use of a smaller space, we’ll definitely consider staying again.”

“There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us.”

“Not a two bedroom. The bunk beds are in the entrance way to the master bedroom. (I.e. guests have to go past bunk-bed-sleepers to access the master room, or conversely the bathroom) Clean and great location.”

“The studio apartment was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was a bit crowded as the studio is over the garage and entry is off the alley. That said it was relatively quiet and close to stores. A few suggestions: dish towels and/ or paper towels were not provided. Dishes couldn’t go in microwave which impacted some of my meal prep. No hand soap in kitchen although there was dish soap. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash in shower were almost empty as was Body lotion. I had my own products so it……

“This was a nice private location away from the busyness. Very comfortable and clean. Well furnished- we had everything we needed. The host was very kind and considerate. We would stay here again!”
