“Booked this property for 10 adults to ice climb and ski. The house was very well equipped with five comfortable rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen had all the necessities for meals, coffee, etc. The hot tub added to our enjoyment of this beautiful home. We recommend this property and would stay here again. ”

“Sleeps eight pretty comfortably and has a great patio overlooking the creek. Also has a heated garage. The only real downside was a lack of privacy between upstairs sleeping areas, but we would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!”

“Nice 2 bedroom close to where we were fishing (Blue Mesa Reservoir). The property manager check with us on arrival. TV is hard to figure out (we couldn’t figure it out) however it did not affect our stay.”

“From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Jenny, the manager, is friendly and easy to deal with. She provided helpful and timely information. In fact she checked in to make sure I was getting the emails. Check-in to check out was simple.The place is perfect for a couple (or more on the sofa sleeper). It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. This a perfect place to stay and visit a kid at the university. I would definitely stay here again when in Gunnison. ”

“We were pleased with our stay here and didn't mind staying out of town a bit. It was nice to have extra space for the kids to run around and play, and we made the short drive to do the Box Canyon Falls hike and eat in town one day. Plus we got lots of fresh snow during our stay so they had a blast around the property. “We spent 5 days as a family at this location and will definitely be back. The booking was easy, communication was friendly, the location was beautiful! The home was comfortable for our family with plenty of space and dog friendly made it perfect for us. Not sure it’s mentioned in the post but there is a double oven that made cooking for the holidays so much easier! The pictures represent it well, not fancy, but clean and has everything you need!”
