“First time using a Vrbo and we loved it! The location is close to restaurants and stores. The property was clean and staff were friendly. Easy communication with the owners. The ocean view is beautiful especially the sunsets! ”

“An older house situated off a busy highway. Great location and very close to groceries. Well equipped with utensils, coffee pot and toaster. Older but very clean and comfortable. Never heard the highway from inside the house. River access less than 100 yards. I really enjoyed my stay there. ”

“Location perfect for the hot springs pool, right across the street and the perimeter trail, right behind the property. A quick drive into town for shops and restaurants. Everyone slept great and we had such a good time. ”

“The condo was perfect and amenities excellent. The top bedroom was perfect for parents and our youngest kid since the couch folded out into a bed. But the room is on the fourth floor - which we knew about ahead of time and were prepared for. It's a lot of steps but so worth it! The main floor was perfect size and plenty of seating for us to hang out each day. Access to the perimeter trail was right across the street and Hot Springs were across the parking lot. We loved sitting on the balcony……

“We’ve been coming to Lake City for over 30 yrs. This trip was a “reunion” trip and an introduction to some of our family. This was the first time we spent a couple nights in town before moving to cabins out on the way to Cinnamon Pass. It was a great way for the family coming from different parts of the US to meet up.There were 11 of us and the house was perfect. Plenty of parking even for the toy trailer, backyard was great for the kids and our puppy.The owners were amazing and so helpful. We……

“This house is such a lovely, peaceful, private place to stay! We enjoyed star-gazing and the daytime views from the hot tub, and preparing our own meals in the large kitchen. We were very entertained watching the wildlife outside the windows, especially the chipmunks and hummingbirds! We visited Ouray, Ridgway, and Telluride. There are lots of hiking opportunities in the area which include spectacular views and waterfalls. Highly recommend. ”

“If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this is not your place. It is located right by the main highway with a lot of traffic and there is a large parking lot in front with a lot of activity. Concert at the park on Thursday night went over 10:00 p.m. and was very loud from the townhome. The bedroom upstairs has a balcony, but it was too noisy to enjoy the outdoors with all the traffic and it overlooks the road. Scenic photos for this listing were somewhat deceiving.
