We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. “This cabin was in a perfect spot. Steps from the river, peaceful and close to everything Lake City. We love this town. Had so much fun. Matt was very helpful and answered all our questions.”

“Our stay was just as advertised. It wasn't fancy but the cabin had everything that we needed. We had 2 couples staying and it was very comfortable. We had fun exploring Lake City.”

“Check-in process was easy and provided all of the information needed. Kitchen facilities was clean and offered a lot of appliances and dishes which was great for our large group. Loved the antique dishes and silverware. Wi-Fi was sometimes spotty but that's normal for the area. We loved the deer that came on the property to say hello. Would love to stay there again!”

“We stayed here for our son’s wedding in Ouray. Sara answered my email quickly in order to get an earlier check in. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living area for 8 adults. The beds were comfortable as well. It is within walking of the town of Ouray. We really enjoyed our stay!”
