“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location of this hotel is superb. It's extremely close to the subway station, which made it very convenient for me to travel around the city. There are also numerous shopping malls nearby, providing great opportunities for shopping. What's more, it's an ideal place to taste the delicious local cuisine of Xi'an. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and well-appointed. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend……

“The location is a bit far from metro and it 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to find a restaurant or busy district. The staff is polite but cannot help much in sight seeing information. They don't even know that they have a sauna. Anyway, the sauna was not in operation even in winter time!”

“Very good trip, good service, clean and beautiful environment. They are reluctant to leave the beautiful room. It was a little regrettable that my small tea pot was damaged by consignment.”

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectation

"It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. All the staff were extremely helpful and organised everything for me without being asked. Phoebe Gao, the loyalty coach, lavished me with constant surprises and made my anniversary an unforgettable one! "
