The staff really helpful and friendly. There are restaurant and shops just a few metres away.go to Xi 'an attractions are very convenient, there are also subway nearby, very good, Xi 'an snacks are really delicious, I went to sprinkle gold Bridge, very good, people are very many。”

“飞机晚点，到达酒店已经是第二日早上7点，很nice的延迟到下午3点退房，房间很舒适，很温馨的赠送了水果和巧克力以及欢迎信，硬件设施比广州的更好一些，位置稍微有点远但是环境非常好，早餐的品质很高服务完美，非常值得推荐！”

“The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. ”

“Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, but the good thing is that after the hotel……

“As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an……

“安靜整潔環境，附近也很方便，有捷運和商場，可惜入住期間遇到幾晚有人抽菸，透過空調傳到房內，空調關掉後，菸味久久未散，飯店對這點也無能為力！只能讓我們換房，換房之後還是有菸味，最後只能開窗關空調。早餐無變化，點了熱咖啡，送來都是溫咖啡，每次都要強調需要溫度高一點的咖啡！”
