“ We really like our stay and highly recommend everyone to stay here if you are planning to visit Xian. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The lobby was also very spacious and felt welcoming. Everywhere smelt clean and nice too. Location was also great for tourist. It was easy access to areas of interests, shopping and dining. “The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, while walking in the halls, elevator, and dining room, there was a constant odor of cigarette smoke.”

“The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. ”

“The location is a bit far from metro and it 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to find a restaurant or busy district. The staff is polite but cannot help much in sight seeing information. They don't even know that they have a sauna. Anyway, the sauna was not in operation even in winter time!”

“这是一家不会再去住的酒店，以下个人体验供参考。 当初预订的时候，听名字和看图片觉得还不错，最主要地理位置非常好。入住时打开房门的一瞬间懵了！感觉时光穿越了，空调是拨盘的那种，房间没有灯光调节，就床头两盏灯，海信的电视机没有卫星电视，还配了一个家用机顶盒，电视机也看不了，家具陈旧，没有淋浴房，只有一个浴缸，还冷热水需要自己转，最诡异就是卫生间门上装一面大镜子，晚上看到吓死人了！ 据说是西安最早的五星级酒店，但都21世纪了，快捷酒店和民宿都比它强，难怪这么大一个酒店，住了几天一个人都没看到过。”
