“It was a flawless experience spending my holidays in W Xian! I have stayed in W in many different cities and W Xian is probably the best. “The hotel is spacious but a bit dated. The air conditioning has been tuned in to heating mode and cannot be changed to cool air so I was way too warm and did not have a good night sleep. The bathroom is big but there is a distinct smell of drainage. Breakfast was average. Check out seemed to take longer than usual but staff were helpful. However there didn't seem to be anyone at the concierge helping with taxis. I would probably choose Westins during my next trip to Xi An. ”
