“Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza”

“El hotel esta muy bien, limpieza correcta, sin ruido y la habitación estaba totalmente equipada. La parte negativa sería la poca variedad de comida en el buffete del hotel y la distancia del hotel a cualquier lugar de Xi'an (imprescindible tener que usar DiDi o coger un taxi).”

“安靜整潔環境，附近也很方便，有捷運和商場，可惜入住期間遇到幾晚有人抽菸，透過空調傳到房內，空調關掉後，菸味久久未散，飯店對這點也無能為力！只能讓我們換房，換房之後還是有菸味，最後只能開窗關空調。早餐無變化，點了熱咖啡，送來都是溫咖啡，每次都要強調需要溫度高一點的咖啡！”

“由於有會議，訂房的時候很混亂，說明不夠清楚。但是酒店裡頭滿舒服的，陽台房view不錯。附近不算太熱鬧的區域”

“交通便利, 臨近通化門站B出口。晨早的飛機也容易乘到的士。前往兵馬俑博物館307巴士的巴士也往快捷。”

“Great location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.”
