“Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, but the good thing is that after the hotel……

After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in. The arrangement of furniture is also bad. Inside the bathroom, the bath tub is arranged in such a way that after closing the sliding……
