“Place was clean, easy access, garage space for a SUV., very spacious for a large family and had the basic amenities in the kitchen.”

“Nice and clean house, and good communication. I recommend there rentals to any traveling to los Baños California.”

“Overall, this property was easy to access and easy to communicate with the owners. Very very clean. Cute, modern decor and furniture. The shower situation wasn’t the best- the two upstairs bathrooms had signs about water temp not being great so we all showered in the small shower downstairs. The pressure was not strong but I could deal with it for a short time. Plenty of towels. Would have benefited from being stocked with more of the basics- paper towels, toilet paper, large trash bags etc.……

“We came up to visit our son at UC Merced and this place was perfect! So much better than a hotel! The neighborhood is safe and allowed us to cook our own meals and play games as a family. Check in was simple and property owner answered all my questions! We would for sure stay again!”
