“Can’t say enough good things about Scott’s place! Our family of 8 stayed the 1st half of our trip at a local resort and it was decent enough, but when we arrived at this house… I immediately exclaimed out loud, “10 out of 5 stars!” Scott was very communicative and accommodating, even coordinating with the cleaning crew to let us check in a bit early. Great location right by Queen’s Bath (which was sadly closed due to conditions during our stay, but we knew that ahead of time) and such beautiful……

“This condo is in the perfect location, just minutes from everything, including beautiful beaches, Foodland, and the cute town of Hanalei. We drove all over the island, and honestly, there wasn't a better location than this.”

“Beautiful home, perfect for our family. Only a short walk from Tunnels beach, with everything you could want at the home or to take the beach. We loved the outside shower and bathtub and the views from the balcony. Sad to be leaving! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Kauai.”

“Walk to tunnels beach from your place, check. Walk to Napali Coast and hike, check. Stay away from the crowd with quiet, check. Great AC, great space and rooms, WiFi, and lounge area, check. There are very few places you can find this after visiting this island many times. I highly recommend, including Donna who was very reliable and a pleasure to work with. If you want a real local experience not a resort with thousands of people, I highly encourage you to stay here. ”

“Perfect layout for our stay with 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids under 10. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes but is pretty bare bones as far as spices/oil/etc so make sure you grab your own at the store : )”

“This house is in the perfect location. You can walk to town and walk to the beach in less than 5 mins. My family loved our stay. There was plenty of towels and everything you need to cook. All the beach equipment was amazing. We loaded up the wagon and walked to the beach for the day. The only downside was the family room upstairs gets pretty hot in the afternoon. Maybe it was just the time of year. Lovely view from the porch. If you have a large crowd make a trip to Costco for groceries because……

“This is a great home located in the heart of Princeville. Beautiful sunsets from the deck and nice North Shore Breeze is always blowing thru the house. The new pool and spa are amazing. Short walk or bikeride to all the good beaches and bars in Princeville. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.”
