“We were happy to find a place to stay in Hilo during Merrie Monarch because our trip came up late to help at an event. The loft is conveniently located, well kept and stocked with everything one could need. There were even extra cords for phones and a night light. Beds were comfortable. “Living room was extremely hot in the afternoon. Parking is very limited. Right off of a main road. Underneath neighbors pounded on the floor if us heavy set people walked too hard. My daughter slipped and fell and was crying so they pounded again scaring us. Shower had no pressure. The rooms were nice and cool with portable ac units, beds comfy. Owner was very kind and great with communication. The ring on the door made us a little uncomfortable but it’s understandable to have. Wouldn’t choose……

“The apartment was more than we could have wished for, incredibly spacious, inviting, well equipped with everything, and hosted by a lovely Ingrid and her family. Centrally located near all roads to explore the island or a short trip to the best snorkeling spots. We ended up having to recouperate from an unexpected medical issue and it was the most comfortable environment for healing. We highly recommend this gem and we will be back. ”

“What a beautiful location and farm. So peaceful and a fantastic place to decompress. Matter of fact we spent a very enjoyable day on the lanai. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, a real kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer there, as well as snorkeling and beach gear available for use! We highly recommend this place and would stay again 3 easy check in/out, nice hosts. Farm is about 30 minutes from Hilo.”
