“This hotel is a true gem. The staff can’t be more helpful, kind and sweet. We arrived before 10:00 to check in and we only had to wait a short time to go to our room. I didn’t get the names of the staff but the amazing lady in the restaurant is just so sweet and the fab lady at the reception was brilliant, along with the other fantastic staff!
