“The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. ”

“From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and friendly – I was greeted with a smile The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. “I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. ”

“The S Hotel is my new go to Jamaica hotel everything was amazing with the exception of housekeeping they have 1 person cleaning the entire floor so I would leave my room early in the morning and it get cleaned until like 5pm that definitely needs improvement. ”
