“Wonderful hotel. Planning on going back. ”

“I loved the warm welcome. Our waitress Claudia was the best. I would like for one person to be able to book everyone for dinner at Italian restaurant. The separate reservations made it hard for a party of ten to reserve . We had4 birthdays to celebrate over our vacation time. Loved that we could enjoy free activities and go to other resorts to eat lunch. I loved the snack bar. I better understand the terminology about how to get another bed in room for another person to have a bed. This was……

“We stayed 5 nights and everything was fantastic. Small problem with the room at check in but was corrected quickly and professionally! Would definitely go back!”

“I like the fact that you are able to go to the other locations (reggae & montego)when you stay at the Palace. I didnt like that you have to have a reservation for all the reataurants for dinner. We were not able to get reaervations so we had to eat from buffet & snack bars. I like the foam party & other pool parties but the pools get to crowded so it would be nice if all the resorts are doing those parties at the dame time so you can attend the one at the resort you booked at to avoid over……

“Property was clean spacious. Loved the heated jacuzzi and quick access to the pool. The backdrop of the waterfall at the dining area was very stunning - to look at, to hear and feel the ambience it created. Appreciated the various sitting areas at the lobby area, dining area and 1st floor. There were some beautiful wall pictures depicting the culture of Jamaica that was very inviting and nostalgic. Really like the fact that the poperty was situated across from the beach and within a 15……
