“As soon as we open the door, we felt like home with a warm atmosphere. We spent quality time with family and friends, playing with the games and enjoying the fireplace.”

“We had a beautiful white Christmas at this cottage! We got to play a lot with the snow in the backyard, skate on the frozen lake and then stay cozy inside! Kitchen was well equipped! It’s good to keep in mind that the gazebo is not usable during winter (even though there’s a fireplace inside) and the fireplace inside the house was for decoration only. The one you can use is at the “man cave”, but firewood isn’t provided. Overall the experience was great and we would come back!”

“Very convenient to Calabogie track, less than 10mins. Calabogie town with restaurants, brewery, gas, LCBO, less than 10mins. 1 bedroom and a Murphy bed in in thr living toom.. both”

The Cottage more than met our needs as we ate out and were too tired when we got back from Big East & Kennisis Lakes to use the hot Tub, TV or the BBQ. However, it was good to know that they were there. I did get praise for selecting your cottage so thank you”

“A wonderful quiet and peaceful property. Enjoyed our stay and welcomed the fireplace after ice fishing. ”

“Place is exactly as shown-modern, clean and cozy. Location is nice and quiet with a great view of the lake. Communication with Mike was perfect. Highly recommended-was a perfect winter get away.”

“We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided. The cottage got both very hot and cold while we were there with the fluctuating temps that week. The fans in every room work wonders and there is heating if needed. Adequate and comfortable……

We got to see sun spots on the sun and go and explore the dark night reserve! Gary is a very laid back and kind host and we can’t wait to go back!! ”

“Great stay but the manager made a rule that if you check it early he charge 20$. This was the first motel that I have come to that make you pay for checking in 1 hour prior to check in. So I decided to not pay that and waited in my car for just over 1 hour with my two kids. ”
