“Very lovely, quiet and relaxing property and very comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and cups and cutlery. There is a wonderful bar onsite (no food) that has live music, and the acoustics are excellent, as well as a huge stone fireplace. The only issue we had was that there is an entrance fee to see bands ($35 per person when we were there) and as there's no TV in the rooms, you are a bit stuck in the evenings for something to do for……

“It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. Room and washroom were not very clean. Windows and areas around windows and sliding door were filthy. Looked like they had not been cleaned yet from the winter. The bed was……

“The resort is located in the country area at the river bank, you have your own private dock, private deck you can sit down and enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural. The view is great, you can see the clear reflection of the colorful trees on the river side. The owner is very friendly, and check us in very quickly. The closest supermarket and restaurant are 20+ miles away, but I would rather think it is a just a pre-condition to give you such a good spot in the natural. ”

There is always something of interest to do here, whether it be hiking, paddling on the pond, relaxing or reading. It's a great place to achieve digital detox and get away from everything for a while. We love this place!! ”
