“We had an excellent stay at Hush Lodge and Cottages this Victoria long weekend. We had a room in the lodge with a king size bed. It was so spacious! It was wonderful to have a large room with a table and chairs, a couch and large TV. Our room and bathroom was IMPECCABLY clean and modern. There was so much thought put into the details in our room like plenty of towels, plates and cutlery, bottles of water, a tea kettle and coffee pot, a mat for shoes, so much more. “It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. Room and washroom were not very clean. Windows and areas around windows and sliding door were filthy. Looked like they had not been cleaned yet from the winter. The bed was……

“The resort is located in the country area at the river bank, you have your own private dock, private deck you can sit down and enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural. The view is great, you can see the clear reflection of the colorful trees on the river side. The owner is very friendly, and check us in very quickly. The closest supermarket and restaurant are 20+ miles away, but I would rather think it is a just a pre-condition to give you such a good spot in the natural. ”
