“Overall this was a nice place to stay . The check-in process was terrible . It took over an hour just to check-in. Parking was again not a very easy procedure. Valet parking is the only option available! That also was not very quick and easy”

“I was super excited for this but the unit does not look like the pictures at all. There was stains on the walls and big cracks in the floor. The towels provided had stains and the fridge surface was cracking and brown. Also the fridge wasn’t cold enough but the freezer was too cold to store things. The bed was pretty comfortable and The view was great but that was about it. The grocery store being across the street was very convenient. They also charge u resort fees that were unexpected and……

“Condo itself is great, clean and comfy with AMAZING view. Host did a nice job of communicating with us too. Condo is pretty well stocked also. Only issue was the check in process is a little "clunky" and the elevators. The waits at the elevator did afford us the opportunity to meet some really cool people though! So it was all good! Great location also, close to Gulfstream Park, Beach and Hard Rock Stadium,”

“I was hoping the other reviews weren’t true, but the property is dirty and neglected especially the floors and balcony. The slider doesn’t lock. The elevator does take forever and it was only valet parking. For the price I cant complain too much. It did have a large balcony with a beautiful view. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer was great.”

“We had a great time and the place is great and very comfortable. The property management company was responsive and resolved issues when they arose. The elevators where the worst I have ever seen in my life. We wound up walking up 22 flights in order to get to the room in a reasonable amount of time. You routinely needed to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and often times when it did arrive it would be packed with people who were willing to pack inside in an attempt to avoid waiting any longer.……

“The unit was clean and comfortable. The view is great. The elevator gets very busy and requires some waiting. The comforter on the bed was too small and the sink in the bathroom needs to be tightened, but it was otherwise well appointed and as advertised. I’d stay again, especially with a comforter that fits.”

“Immediately as I saw the room, I had to leave due to the condition. The lights did not work. The TV did not work. There were holes in the walls and the floor. The bathroom was atrocious, with holes in the walls and bathtub.The door looked like it had been kicked in and the safety look on the inside of the door was removed. I tried to call your office several times yesterday and I was constantly sent to voicemail. ”
