“We picked this location based on distance to beach and the pictures of the unit. The unit was nice but had issues such as loose tiles on the balcony, broken furniture on the balcony, broken stove top burner, toilets that clog easy, heavily worn couch that needs replaces, lacking in basic start up amenities like napkins, cleaning supply, foil, plastic wrap etc. The elevator is a nightmare with it breaking often and not ample capacity for the number of guests. “The hotel has a great location and view, but the service leaves much to be desired. Our room was dirty upon check-in—we even found empty bottles, and there was dust everywhere. Housekeeping never came during our stay. The elevator takes a long time to arrive as it stops to pick up multiple guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing despite the good location and view.”
