“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. “前台服務態度非常好，很負責，我提出過三次要求全部解決。房間乾淨舒適。早餐豐富，晚餐味道很不錯。位置距機場1-2公里，地鐵一個站很方便，唯一希望能夠開通機場班車，方便地鐵停運後的服務。”

“从机场坐火车三站就到达，列车半小时就有一班，票价2.8欧元/人，自助机买票刷信用卡记得看小键盘上提示，插卡拔卡，在小键盘上点确认键才能支付成功不需要打密码，从火车站三楼的天桥可以直接走到酒店的电梯，用密码上楼开门都很方便，完全自助，楼下大堂的门是用左手边九宫格密码锁输入密码，而不是门中间的长条形密码锁。房间里的厨房设施很棒，一应俱全，可以自己做饭，但我们转机时间不是很长，就没时间买菜做饭了，火车站的超市里就有卖食物，还有赛百味和汉堡王等快餐店。楼里还有健身房和桑拿设施，有公用洗衣机，火车到机场和市中心都挺方便，如果来赫尔辛基旅游住这里也是不错的选择。不足的地方是抽油烟机没有通烟管而是排到房间里很鸡肋可能只能当灯用吧，卫生间为了节省空间设计折叠门淋浴区，利用部分洗手台空间，挺巧妙的，但是导致洗完澡洗手台前面的地面也湿了，没有提供地巾，影响后续使用。”

“We had a late flight to Helsinki. After taking the shuttle bus, we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Luckily, the check-in was quick, but the rooms were quite a walk from the elevator. The room was nice, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was decent. For some reason, we've been staying at one of these two adjacent Scandic hotels for our business trips to Helsinki instead of staying in the city center. ”

“我分開兩次入住，是我印象中最差的大品牌酒店。 一開始的前枱藍髮職員，是我旅行以來見過態度最差的前枱職員，她的態度我已不想再多說，黑面囂張…跟本不想協助幫你，之後又黑面。 寄存行李房，跟本細到沒地方放個大行李箱，房間燈光嚴重不足，我還以為進了黑房，要自己自製一個枱燈，房間有個放雪櫃的櫃，第一次的房間是有雪櫃的，第二次回頭再住，竟然沒有，桑拿室分開男女兩邊，但又要分時間限制，長時間女士桑拿房門口多人排隊，跟本連進入機會也沒有。 我不會再選擇入住這間酒店了。附近的兩間好太多了，太大對比。”

“Tidy small room, pretty quiet place even it is inside a sports and bowling hall. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is a bit limited, but with this price one cannot really expect more. Overall nice place considering the low price. If one needs to do sports, there are so many possibilities in this area (it's a sports park). Nice option for economic stay :-)”
