“樓下的房客在房間內抽菸，櫃檯人員也只表示不開心並沒有加以制止，搞得整棟樓都是煙味，浴室設計不良洗澡必定淹水，而且我們住三天第二晚並沒有打掃房間，但工作人員很和善，雖然夜班的人員沒辦法用德文或英文溝通，不過還是很盡力的去理解我們的需求”
