“The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.”

“Very nice experience. Only negative was because the family apartment was in the upstairs attic. It was hot. They have a unit in the bedroom to cool and it did well in there but the rest of the apartment was boarder line warm. We were fine with it but I would not be able to handle the summer months there. Maybe another unit would help. Lovely workers lovely location! ”
