“A very pleasant stay. Friendly staffs. Absolutely good experience there and this is my 4th time back here.”

“About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. ”

“Sie konnten meine Reservierung nicht im System finden, ich wartete in der Lobby für 1,5 Stunden am Eingang, obwohl ich sehr müde in der Nacht war. Sie haben auch mein Check-out-Datum verwechselt und mich 2 Mal angerufen, während ich in meinem Zimmer war und sagte, heute ist Ihr Check-out-Tag. Allerdings war es nicht mein Check-out-Tag. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Nachtmanager Uwe ist erfolgreich an der Rezeption, die anderen sind unfreundlich. ”

“Good location,otherwise just like normal 3-star one, poor breakfast and service. ”

“The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay. ”
