“I Had planned a wonderful hiking trip with two of my friends. Unfortunately I had an injury shortly before the trip and was unable to hike. We enjoyed the Roxbury at Stratton falls to the fullest. The staff was nothing less than a accommodating and friendly. They gave us tips on things to do and told us places to visit such as the rail trail Express and the world's largest Kaleidoscope. “The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening. “Rooms were nice, pool and hot tub, indoor, was terrific(little chilly) but was enjoyed by my whole family. In town for a graduation, they even had a photo op spot! Staff was lovely. Tinos pizza(very good) was delivered to our large group snd h they didn’t mind us taking over the lobby! ”

“The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.”

“Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was late April so there was no activity on the property and I did not meet with any staff members. The communication regarding room access was excellent. I would recommend this property and will stay here again when visiting the Catskills.”
