“Our family rented this apartment to stay in while our son played a baseball tournament at the Cooperstown All Star Village near Oneonta. The drive to the baseball complex was about 30 minutes, but it was extremely worth it. “The apartment was safe and clean. Check in and check out process was simple. Everything worked and I was so grateful to have laundry and good A/C. I had some trouble with the Internet being reliable but I didn’t ask the owner for help. I put 4 stars as the beds were not comfortable and the place was a bit musty due to the humidity, although running the A/C helped a bit. ”

“The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment.
