“We had a group of 12 staying at the house ranging from 10yrs -80urs. We were skiing at Holiday Valley and Holimont. It’s only 20 min max to the hill. There is a big entrance to the house and then a huge kitchen that is equipped with almost everything you can imagine… than your average place. Dave was very quick with any question we had and looked after us very well. Linens and towels were very nice. Each bedroom is decorated a little different and very cute. I would stay again and absolutely……

“We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. “The house was clean, but had not been updated in years and it was dangerous. The stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms was a spiral staircase, the railing only ran to the first turn and the stairs were extremely narrow. I couldn't safely make it up the stairs (I'm 72 and have arthritis in my knees), so I had to sleep in the living room. If I had any intention to shower, the bathtub/shower stall was over one foot high and would have been very difficult to step into. Finally, there is a bleached out,……

“We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃”

“We found Kingfisher to be even better than it was portrayed on VRBO. The location is perfect and the views from the windows were spectacular. The lake wasn’t frozen when we arrived on Friday but Monday morning, we were able to see a coyote trot across the frozen lake. I grew up in Cassadaga and did walk across the frozen lake at least once when I was a kid – what was I thinking! We also saw deer in the wooded area each evening.The home was beautiful – well thought out functional spaces,……

“Much brighter than expected from pictures. Delightful home. Back deck and gas fire pit an unexpected bonus. Entry step a little high if you have weak legs. Has everything needed...including oil, vinegar, and select spices. Standard drip coffee maker with k cup coffemaker attached. We did use a vase to make oj 😄 ”

“Our favorite part of our stay was the giant yard to have snowball fights in. There was also a giant area across the street to play and build snow things. I especially picked this house for the jacuzzi tub after a day of skiing. ”
