“This is my second time staying here as my daughter goes to school in the area. The location is excellent. It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. “This place is great if you are looking for a weekend getaway or even a week. Quiet neighborhood and it has everything you need if you want to cook you meals or grill out. You do not want to miss coffee on the deck in the mornings and/or cocktails in the afternoon or evening. The on site manager Micah is the best. Whenever I bumped into him he always asked if things were OK and if I needed anything. This building, built in 1850, has a rich history of businesses from the past. They built boats……
