“Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. ”

“The house exceeded our expectations ! The house was spacious , clean and well stocked with all the essentials you can think of. The hosts have thought of everything down to the small details . I will definitely recommend this home for any future visits . It was about 20 minutes from Windham mountain. ”

We were able to get my son inside with his power wheelchair using a portable ramp to the porch and another up the door lip. Plenty of space to drive chair indoors. “The property was as described, and I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings more. It's a short walk to a nice park by the river. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy style, the good WiFi, and nice kitchen.”

“The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. “The setting was pleasant and bucolic . . . the farm house has a huge porch covering two sides of the house that is lovely to sit on with a morning cup of coffee or evening drinks with friends. Everything was extremely clean and ordered in the home. Communication with the owners was also clear and helpful . . . lovely time.”

“Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather……

“We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating.
