“So bad”

“The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be……

“Enjoyed a different part of Ha Noi. Line was very warm & hospitable as host. Furnishings are pretty. Many areas, especially upstairs outdoor lounge were very unclean & needed wiping & sweeping to use, so we didn't, which is unfortunate as the lake view from roof is lovely. I'm not sure how hotels get a particular star rating. We usually stay in 3***hotels and this is not that. Very simple, basic abode, more a rooming house as no one lives there, so not a home as such.
