“If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work. It was not listed that a blow dryer was there, and I made the mistake of not packing one. We had questions regarding the checking in……

“The property manager was very communicative from the start. I enjoyed the stay and didn’t have any major issues at the home. The wifi went out for a few hours but the PM came and fixed it fairly quick. The living room is a bit dark during the day, but that’s minor Thanks you guys for a great stay for me and my family. “This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?”

“The loft was clean and met all of our needs. We did not have enough towels upon check in. IM'd PM, but with no response, called in the morning. The problem was remedied quickly.Our primary concern was that unbeknownst to us the loft was a 4th floor walk-up and the master bedroom was an additional 2 more flights. With a lot of luggage and 2 people over 70, this became a bit more than a minor problem. Without having ADA accessibility, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. ”

“I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth.
