“The apartment was furnished well and had everything one could need for a short stay. Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. ”

“We were woken up at 5am with by a huge cockroach crawling up our childrens curtain divider , when I tried to contact the reception there was no answer. “It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……

“酒店位置真不错。后面就是死海海滩，可以领取酒店毛巾，泡完后直接海滩冲洗下。还有游泳池。不过酒店的设施是真不咋地，很有种年久失修的感觉。性价比高，酒店自助餐一般。”

“We were pleasantly surprised having never stayed at an HI hostel before. Check in was easy, the room was simple but perfect. We loved that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate so our family bathroom time was more efficient. There was a basketball court, large pool, and outdoor green space available - great for kids. They allow you to use the shared spaces after check out as well. Pool towels were provided. The only negative was that the walls were very thin and people were outside……
