“We stayed for a week to visit family and explore Long Beach and LA. It served as an excellent base for both. Public transport is a 5 minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants within the same walking distance. One thing to note there is no off street parking so if hiring a car parking can be difficult at times. The property itself was excellent and had all necessary amenities.”

“The location of the apartment was good for our trip purpose making it quick to get there to/from LAX. The apartment layout was great, although the living room furniture for 4 adults was not very comfortable. The check in/out process was not at all easy or convenient.”

“Property is as advertised, clean and was good for a few people. Communication was good with the host so check in/out was easy. The place is in a nice neighborhood close to amenities and good restaurants. ”

“Good location in walking distance from some great shops and restaurants. Apartment was basic but clean. Bed and pillow a little on the hard side. Some noise from the Nextdoor karaoke bar one night - bring some earplugs. We didn’t go into the karaoke bar but reviews say it’s a great little place. Manager was great with communication. Overall a great value!”

“A great stay, comfy bed, parking (!) and a beautiful setting.”

“Modern accommodations, in a great location central to all the main LA attractions, and especially kosher travelers. Our family had a great time for the weekend, 3br allowed the kids to sleep in different rooms and the master br has its own bathroom. Check in and entry is very easy. “Great place for 2 to 3 people in town for events. So much great food within walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbors. Our only somewhat complaint was the couch was less than comfortable after a long day. ”

“Wunderbare Unterkunft im Grünen mit einer. fantastischen Gastgeberin Meine Frau und ich haben 2 Wochen in Monika‘s Cottage genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt eingerichtet. Neben einer kleinen Küche war es uns auch möglich eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zu nutzen. Wir haben uns jeden morgen ein lecker Frühstück zubereitet. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Strände Marina del Rey, Venice Beach und Santa Monica sind alle in weniger als 20min……
