“This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. ”

“The condo was great for our group and each of the 4 bedrooms had a large bed and attached bathroom. Close to USC and easy freeway access. Parking in the garage was not possible as we had a large vehicle, but should be ample for two smaller cars. Street parking was convenient in the front of the place. ”

“The house was nice and in a quiet culdesac. We felt safe coming home late at night. The drive was easy to get to Disneyland parking. A few recommendations: There still isn’t any full length mirrors in the house which would be nice. There wasn’t any hand towels in any of the bathrooms. There were tiny wash cloths hanging on the towel racks. There weren’t any in the house. Hand towels would be nice to have. There was only one partially used roll of paper towels for us. We were staying 9 nights in……

“This quaint efficiency is perfect for a couple that wants to get away. Though it is an efficiency - there is definitely a lot of space as far as closet and the bathroom goes. The space has a cute little patio and it is very private and secure. It is minutes away from the airport and we enjoyed the beautiful neighborhoods as we took walks everyday. We will definitely book again.”

“The neighborhood was quiet. It was centrally located making travel to our destinations quick and easy. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The outdoor seating areas in the front and the back were a plus and the lawn was nicely manicured. There was no hot tub - but this wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend and would stay again. ”

“My stay was great, and Elizabeth was a great and welcoming host! It was the perfect little home for just myself, visiting California for the first time. The property itself sits with a couple other units on site, but each unit is private and separate from the others. To find my unit once on the property I couldn't seem to figure out from the VRBO directions but I messaged Elizabeth and she guided me thoroughly on the phone. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs, and even took care of a……
