“Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.”

“The house is an older house but has been nicely refurbished. Three bedrooms with a total of 4 queen beds made it very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely upgraded as well. There is a private parking area in the back which provides nice security. The house sits on one of the main thoroughfares of the city, which means lots of traffic and street noise. May be an issue if you are a light sleeper as sometimes fast drivers with loud exhausts can wake you up in the middle of the night. Otherwise……

“Check in was very easy, and Vannie was very easy to communicate with. Every time I sent a message, I received a very prompt response. The property does have multiple shared walls, so keep in mind that you may hear the neighboring tenants from time to time. There was quite a bit of noise through the walls on our first evening, but when I let Vannie know, she said she would remind the neighboring tenants, and they were much quieter after that. “We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. “Our family of 6 just stayed here during Spring Break. The Check-in/out process was very smooth. The house was very well setup for our family and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Quiet neighborhood and was barely a 10 min walk to the front gate of Knott's Berry Farm. The Host was extremely responsive and we plan to stay again!”

The house itself is warm and relaxing. I did have to contact the owner and she responded immediately! I would definitely recommend this listing!”

“This little house is a great location. Very close to the beach. It’s got plenty of space for 2-3 people, even though the bathroom is very small, there’s plenty of sleeping spaces. The host was very responsive, so that was nice! Keep in mind this home is right on the street, close to the beach, and has older windows, so the road noise was significant. I would recommend bringing young kids, as they would have a hard time sleeping. Otherwise, it’s a great little place for the price! We would return……
