“It’s our go to place in Santa Monica.”

“This place is a dump. We were a group of 4 different families. Two “bedrooms” on the right of the house are not bedrooms and did not offer adequate privacy. One had windows for doors and the other had no exist to the main living space except through another "bedroom". Neither had closet space.The backyard was filthy upon our arrival. Debris everywhere including glass! My daughter got glass in her foot and is now on antibiotics and we believe some glass shards may still be in her foot!The front……

“We had a good time at the property. It definitely was the right house for us to enjoy for a few days. From the size, privacy, pool and location, this house was ideal. They were quick to communicate and respond if we had any questions or mentioned anything that needed attention. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“We are a family of 7. There were enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Not enough seating in the living room. It would've been nice to have more towels. Also, hand towels to dry our hands off with. This was a nice vrbo, just not the best.. On the bright side it's only a few minutes away from Knotts Berry Farm. ”
