“Property was very nice! I had some difficulty initially getting access but the owner was in regular contact with me. Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! We just had a miscommunication. The unit was spacious and very nice. And, for being located on a somewhat busy street, was also very quiet. Be sure to park in the driveway and not on the street! “This exquisite home is literally located exactly 1/2-1 block to the beach! This neighborhood was quiet and very accessible(walkable) to a delicious variety of restaurants and food choices. The home is well-stocked with all of the fun beach equipment!”

“This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for.……

“This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars.”
