I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it……

We were also under the assumption that there would be a wall to the bedroom and not just a curtain, but we didn’t really mind since we were all close.
