“Property is as advertised, clean and was good for a few people. Communication was good with the host so check in/out was easy. The place is in a nice neighborhood close to amenities and good restaurants. ”

“Overall, great place. The photos don’t exactly match the property, but they’re close. Bedroom was the only thing that lined up pic for pic. Regardless, the place was lovely. Very close to the beach, super convenient parking, walkable to restaurants but also easy to drive as well. There was a leak while we were there, but it didn’t cause any big issues. Just in the living room from the heavy rain during our stay. Host was very responsive and the neighborhood was nice. We will keep this little……

“My sister graduated and got her masters degree at the Long Beach convention Center, I did not realize our rental was within walking distance of where she was graduating and there were so many places to go like Starbucks and the outlet and other restaurants. We did not have to order an Uber or a Lyft to get around, it saved us quite a bit of money and I’m really happy with the decision that was made to stay there. Everything was clean. It was comfortable and I would stay there again hands-down. ”

“I rented this property because I wanted to be close to Shoreline Drive. It's a great location - easy to get around by car or on foot.The unit is one of three in the building, which wasn't entirely clear in the listing. The other two units are apartments.The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and it's clear that the whole house has had a once-over, but it does look, feel, and smell like an old house. Nothing wrong with it - it doesn't smell bad, just to be clear - just old. Light……

“Had a party for my wife's 50th B day. Party was during the day . The property had plenty of room on the bottom and 2nd floors for guest. Approx 70 people in attendance ”

“We had a great time there, the place was clean and there was enough room. Only complaint is the coffee machine needed cleaned, coffee grounds in my coffee was not preferable. Everything else was great and the people in the complex were very friendly. ”
