It's a great location - easy to get around by car or on foot.The unit is one of three in the building, which wasn't entirely clear in the listing. The other two units are apartments.The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and it's clear that the whole house has had a once-over, but it does look, feel, and smell like an old house. Nothing wrong with it - it doesn't smell bad, just to be clear - just old. Light……
