“The property owner Lars & Bonnie go above and beyond to make your stay awesome and have so many great suggestions of places to go and do. We arrived a tad early and they accommodated us with a early check in, very sweet for them to do on the QT. They had left homemade chocolate M&M cookies PLUS doggie treats for our pups. “Very nice, easy to find. Only struggle is parking the garage is tiny but was able to get in unless the neighbor parked right in front of it.”

“This property worked great for our trip- we had minor difficulty checking in, as we found the parking garage but couldn't enter until we got into the room for the key fob. But otherwise, there was a security guard after 8pm every night, which felt super safe, and the property was always clean and accessible. The only complaint was that the washer and dryer cost money to use- everything else worked wonderfully! 9/10 would stay again :)”

“Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!”

“Was perfect for a weekend getaway in LBC”

“Thanks to gracious the host Leroy, my stay was smooth and easy! Per Vrbo they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and almost lost my booking, Leroy helped out instantly and my booking was saved! I am so happy since my house had 2 weeks of construction noise and havoc. The neighborhood is close to CSULB great for visiting families and would also be a great location for a home base while visiting LA area. It is one of the more quaint neighborhoods of LB, close to freeways with restaurants,……
