The only problem was the futon in the room with a queen bed. It is big enough for children, but isn't comfortable for an adult. ”

“Check-in and communications were very easy. House was as described. Interior spaces are simple but solid; most rooms have an in-window AC/fan unit, which was helpful for our stay. It is in a good location though it is on a busy street. The driveway can fit 2-3 cars. Street parking looks like a nightmare - thankfully, we didn't need it. But that is typical in DT long Beach. I would recommend this place. ”

Per Vrbo they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and almost lost my booking, Leroy helped out instantly and my booking was saved! I am so happy since my house had 2 weeks of construction noise and havoc. The neighborhood is close to CSULB great for visiting families and would also be a great location for a home base while visiting LA area. It is one of the more quaint neighborhoods of LB, close to freeways with restaurants,……

“Great house, clean, and welcoming. Really comfy beds, well outfitted with most any item you might need, and even without central A/C the house temp is very pleasant. Good location. A little street noise, but nothing unreasonable. Parking access was convenient and easy to access. The host, is great at communicating and check in was a breeze. Check out is simple with easy to follow directions. Would 100% recommend.”
