“在Hotels. Com上預訂兩張單人床的房間，現場辦理住宿時卻被告知房間已滿只剩雙人床住宿。這就算了，進去房間內想洗個熱水澡，卻發現熱水器都不熱，打了客房服務也拖了很久派人來看，最後告知修不好請再多等半小時試試看會不會熱，最後以客滿的緣故告知無法換房。想請他們送招待的熱牛奶，也用裝聽不懂英文打算敷衍帶過。床上枕頭有非常明顯噁心的污漬。是個絕對會給負評的酒店，根本不值得四顆星。”
