“Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in. ”

“Still using the old Evitel branded towels/toiletries/etc. Which are horribly old and stained. More than one room in our group had to request for new towels/floor mats/ pillowcases. My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels. Both to shower with and to cover the pillowcase. First time I, personally, have ever done that. Ask for an extra pillow,……

“Location, location n location. The second time n this time 5 nights there. Breakfast in the nearby stalls daily as if being in Penang! The room cleaning staff were splendid n did their job well. ”
