“EXCEPTIONAL! This is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It ishas extra linens and towels, laundry soap, dish soap, a roll away bed, spices, hair dryer and so many other small things you just forget to pack. The barn has a vending machine with snacks and drinks. The owner is very quick to respond and was very helpful when I had questions. This is a clean, comfortable home away from home. ”

“We spent the last 5 days at this beautiful Foresta home with 2 bedrooms -- one with a queen full size futon, and one with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything was as advertised. We couldn't use the hot tub as it's closed Nov-May as to avoid frozen pipes, but we would love to return again, either in winter or summer! Being 20 minutes from the Yosemite valley floor (Bridevail, etc.) was truly wonderful. We woke up to deer in our backyard twice. :) ”

“This cabin felt about as close as you could stay in Yosemite Valley (unless you’re paying to stay in the lodges or camping). The proximity made it simpler to get to all of the nearby hikes and eateries in the valley. The cabin itself was perfect for our needs and we didn’t have any issues. It’s great for 1-2 adults! The manager, Annie, was amazing! She communicated with us every step of the way. Highly recommend! ”

“While I am months behind on sharing this, it's important I do so! My husband won permits to hike Half Dome and we invited some friends to join us for the long weekend. This location was perfect! It was close to a small grocery and town so we could enjoy access to cook food at the house and try some new restaurants while not being so far from the park that we had to be awake at a truly horrific hour to get started. The house was clean, had plenty of space, was cozy (we all enjoyed relaxing after……

“nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“Getting to the cabin was fairly easy, except finding the driveway. We expected the 30 step stairs, so no issues there.Getting into the cabin was a smooth process (emailed code worked just fine), and it was nice to see how spacious it was for two adults and a 15 & 11 year old kids.The cabin is located a short 40 min drive from the Yosemite Park welcome center! And there were plenty of places to stop by on the way.A couple of items of attention. The water heater located in the bedroom closet makes……

“I left this same message to the Yosemite Grand also. I am writing this due to the fact we were extremely disappointed in what we walked into. We left the property managers this same message. When we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and it was full.. We washed the dishes, and put them away. We only had several towels, 1 wash rag, 2 hand towels, and several big towels. Days later we noticed in the washing machine a full load of wet towels, we left them in the washing machine, not……

“Super quiet, clean, and comfortable!”

“Listing is exactly as described. Perfect place to stay with kids and pets to get away from LA. Close to the highway, but not enough traffic for it to be an issue. About an hour's drive to Yosemite via El Portal. ”

“The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked and very close to Yosemite Valley. It's the next best thing to staying right in the valley.”

“We stayed at this property with our adult children during a family vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park. A couple of things we weren’t aware of (these did not impact my rating, just FYI for others). The property is around 2000 ft higher than Yosemite Valley, which means more snow in winter/spring. We were unable to get one of our cars up the driveway during a late winter storm. It is steep and has a hole at the bottom, which made traction……

“The children had fun inside and outside. Enough space that they could play outside uninhibited, but not get lost. A short and beautiful drive to the national park. ”

“This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the clean mountain air. We came in late April and it seemed like the lake closed early. Parking seemed a little expensive for a short stay but overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay here again. ”
