“House was all you needed. The little dirt road lead down to an awesome mountain river with tons of birds. Further down the road it opened up into a beautiful valley and mountains. So peaceful it was hard to leave.”

“Our family of 4 stayed here for our Yosemite vacation. The home was clean and well cared for. More than enough space to sleep, hang out, eat, etc. We especially appreciated the kitchen which had everything we could want or need for food prep and cooking. The location was very peaceful and tucked into Yosemite West. We liked the relatively close proximity of Yosemite West to Yosemite Valley. Before arriving, it was tricky to understand what "Yosemite West" meant and that it was technically……

“Very nice place, had everything we needed. Had trouble finding the room number in our reservation once we got there. Lack of cell service made that even more difficult! The owners answered the phone right away to help out though.”

“Caveat: I do not give five stars unless warranted. Not everyone gets a trophy. Excellent home for your Yosemite adventures. Relatively close to the park, and only about five miles to Mariposa. The house was tidy, clean, and well appointed. The back deck is a great place to relax with a drink after a day at Yosemite. We found the rental a private place to enjoy the golden California sunsets. We also saw a few turkeys, deer, and a coyote. Our dog loved being on watch from the deck. ”

“We had a great stay at the Hummingbird Cabin! Its proximity to the Yosemite Valley was awesome, amenities were great (updated appliances and AC in all bedrooms), and the place was cozy and comfortable. Dining on the deck was incredibly enjoyable and access to the park was super easy. Thanks for a great stay!”
