“I booked late and last minute through an app, but it was no problem. After over 5 hours of driving I was ready to relax and sleep and Bay Tree was perfect for this. I booked the single room with ensuite so had to climb to the top floor but did this with ease, even with three bags. The room was clean and wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and set me up well for my drive home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hopefully in nicer weather so I could……

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expexted. Clean and cozy with AC to heat room if required.Good fun playing darts etc. Only downfall is would have liked some bacon and eggs for breakfast but the continental breakfast offered was ok.”

“On arrival we were advised that Unfortunately the hot water system had failed with this information it was our decision to stay. The hotel management and staff could not have been more helpful. The weather played a major factor in our terminating our stay a day early Again the management were very understanding we will return as everyone has left a memorable impression. ”

They upgraded us to a better room they provided her with a bottle of prosecco and they even took care of our breakfast.
