“I was impressed from the moment I saw this attractive stone building, on a slight rise which gives good views of the beauty of Swanage Bay and the nearby coast. A very friendly and helpful welcome from the moment I came through the door, but not overdone either. My room had a view of the bay and was comfortable and completely clean (as was the entire place). “Fantastic stay. We were allowed to check in really early on our day of arrival, which made it an even better stay. Checked in around 9am. We stayed in room number 4, which was located at the back of the hotel. Lovely room ,which was immaculate in decor and cleanliness.Nice sized ensuite with a lovely shower. Nice touch with the complimentary biscuits and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Fabulous stay for girls weekend! Lovely setting with wonderful walking trails that only require a moderately hard climb up. The room had a terrace that was perfect for a cup of tea and a rest. The restaurant was very good with a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu. You should pay ahead for parking, but the lot is just over the square from the hotel, so very convenient. Would most definitely stay again!”
