“Very unique. Great location ”

“My husband and I have been vacationing on the coast of Maine. This location has fabulous breakfast and is convenient to shops and restaurants. We loved the place and the people. However, we felt like the bed was too firm. The window units either froze you or you were too warm. ”

The other guests must feel the same way, because everyone is always smiling and kind. The rooms are clean, had aircon or heat, a hairdryer, and comfy beds and pillows. “Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros……

“Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. ”
