“The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and was only 15 minutes from lake placid. It is a beautiful area. ”

“We had a fabulous experience at this home. When we met our kids there that first evening we were all smiles as the home was absolutely beautiful and so perfectly located. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed everything the home and location had to offer. We walked to local hikes, spent an afternoon at the nearby beach and our kids and grandkids played tennis. We walked into town for ice cream and cooked several wonderful dinners at this well appointed home. Our grandkids especially loved the game……

“Very nice cabin on secluded property surrounded by woods. Wildlife (deer, turkeys) visited daily. The upstairs master bedroom is very large and wonderful with a view of the mountains through the sliding glass door. Close (12 minutes) to Lake Saranac for dining, kayaking, etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to the region.”

“My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again”
