“The stay was overall very good. The suite was clean, same with the building was overall very clean. No complaints other than the fire alarm going off around 5 AM, which startled us from our sleep, as we were preparing to leave the room, we heard another guest tell everyone this was the second time in a row that it had happened during her stay. & That it wasn't a fire. It seemed to be a faulty line causing the alarm to go off. Besides that, we definitely would stay here again when we visit……

“My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. “The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant.
