“This is a great house. Super convenient to JMU. 30 minute walk to downtown Harrisonburg with plenty of sidewalks and crosswalks. Very quiet neighborhood right next to a great park with tennis and pickleball courts, lighted basketball court and walking paths. Big fenced in backyard with fire pit. You can hear the traffic from 81, but it’s like background noise. Kitchen was well stocked, property was very clean and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We came for a conference in the area and spent evenings at this house. The road in was quite rutted (June visit) and caught the bottom of our low car several times. They did grade it the second day and that helped. The hot tub was lovely, listening to the whippoorwills, the woods outside the bedroom window, and the fresh cookies were all highlights. The main area is larger than pictures infer. Thank you Kendra, you have the gift of hospitality!”

“We were in the Burg for the JMU Thursday night football game. This place was perfect. Just outside of town. Easy drive to campus. Enjoyed a pregame glass of wine down by the pond. Hosts were accommodating. Place is just as advertised. One thing to note, the driveway is easy to miss. We drove by it twice before we found it. ”

“The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay……
