“The check-in process for this place was less than ideal. I paid extra for early check-in at 1 PM instead of the usual 3 PM, yet when I arrived, I still hadn’t received the proper instructions. I sent a message but got no response, so I had to do some digging to find a phone number. After finally getting in touch with someone, they sent me the access codes to enter the building. Not the worst situation, but when you’re charged extra for a service that isn’t properly delivered, it’s……

“I went up to tacoma for work and this place was so clean and nice. I needed to extend my stay for one night and the owners were so helpful. It was quiet and felt very private especially for the price. Ill try to stay here again if its not booked”

“Don and his wife made our stay so wonderful. It was a special day, and having a clean, spacious place to stay in a great location made it even better. The communication was great, and it was easy to find. I highly recommend staying here - there's covered, reserved parking, it's a walkable distance from the pier and fun bars, and the furniture is comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!”
