“The owner was an excellent communicator and answered immediately each time I had a question. Everything was as advertised, check in was easy. The location is fantastic! Easy walk to the beach or to town. Lots of great restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. South Beach is a great place for kids and has magnificent sunsets! There are lots of great sporting activities for the whole family. This apartment was very comfortable with a big screen tv and well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds.……

“The loft was impeccably clean. Directions were clear and check in was easy. Host was very responsive. You do hear the restaurant below but if you’re watching TV, you hardly notice. And they quite done as the closer. There are neighbors above (I believe) with a small child that made some noise each morning. That said, the loft itself was great and I was up anyway. Close to everything. No problems parking or accessing the property. Shower was wonderful. Would book again. ”

“I was impressed with the layout and the way it was decorated. The restaurant downstairs looked impressive, but we did not eat there. The loft was well equipped for our stay and even had a free washer and dryer for our use. My only wish was that there was a curtain over the bedroom window and not just blinds, and that the balcony door locked. The secure off-street parking was a plus.”

“This apartment was the perfect size for 2 people on a weekend getaway. I did not realize that it was going to be as small as it was, but it was great. “We had a lovely stay! The location is great and centrally located, easy to park, and we loved the offering of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The hosts were responsive and respectful. The only downsides were that the AC temp was not movable and it got quite chilly at night, and the shower did not get very hot. All in all a pleasant stay that I would for sure book again! ”

“Great place for the price. It was part of a 4-plex. Very clean with more than you need available for use during your stay. Nice seating and view of sunsets outside. Loved the fact that we were within 15 minutes of really great beaches, shopping and dining. Two queen beds, fold out couch and a single cot. The only thing I would like to see is some directions for when to take trash out and would have loved to have a vacuum or something to keep dining and living area carpets clean during the stay……
